All photos are the copyrighted works of Sam Mugraby (Photos8.com) and have been registered with the U.S. Copyright Office. As a result, copyright infringements can and will be prosecuted to seek statutory damages (of up to $150,000 USD per infringement) plus legal fees. In addition, such infringements may be ruled criminal offenses under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

 

1- Personal use for my photos is completely free, and i ask for nothing in return, but please consider linking back to my site or giving credit, Just something like, "Photo courtesy Photos8.com", This is not required, but its a very good way to support the site efforts here. 

 

2- Commecial use for my photos is free under one condition, which is to give a credit to me or to my website, commercial use is categorized under two categories :

 

        A) In any Online Commecial use for my photos (Internet, Websites, Templates, Shops, and etc.), a credit (by Photos8.com) and a link to Photos8.com is mandatory, attribution and linking is required, In case you don't want to give credit to me or to my site for any reason your business or pulication requires, then please read my release page or contact me regarding your request.

 

        B) In any Offline Commecial use for my photos (Books, Magazines, Films, Posters, and etc.), a credit (Courtesy of or by Photos8.com) is required, In case you don't want to give credit to me or to my site for any reason your business or pulication requires, then please read my release page or contact me regarding your request.

 

3- You may not use my images for pornographic, unlawful or other immoral purposes, for spreading hate or discrimination, or to defame or victimize other people, religions, societies, cultures.

 

4- You can't copy my photos and to sell them on other stock photos sites, you can't create a stock photos site by using my photos, (my photos are free and i want to keep them FREE to people), i have created this site so i can give truely free photos to people who can't afford paying for stock photos, this is my main principle.

 

5- Using my photos in Wallpapers, Backgrounds, Photos, and Merchandise sites is not allowed without my permission, i consider wallpapers sites competitors to me because we share the same content,. you can't use my photos and wallpapers in a website that competing with my own site and my content, i might allow the usage of agreed number of photos or wallpapers with some conditions and terms, for more information about this please Contact me with your site name and detials. 

 

6- You can't use my photos in websites that allows online affiliated users to upload images and create their own merchandise (such as Zazzle, Cafepress, etc.) (clothing, posters, online stores, etc) without my permission and my review.

 

7- A limit of 30 images may be used in any one publication, web site, or product, if your usage requires more images, please feel free to Contact me with your requirements.

 

8- No model release was obtained, for photos that has identifiable people on it, I cannot guarantee that you will be able to use the Image for any purpose you like. I do not represent or make warranties whatsoever as to the legality or validity of it. Furthermore, certain Images may be subject to additional copyrights, people, property rights, trademarks, logos etc. and may require the consent of a third party or the license of these rights. Photos8.com does not represent or make any warranties that it owns or licenses any of the mentioned, nor does it grant them. It's your sole responsibility to make sure that You have all the necessary rights, consents and licenses for the use of the Image.

 

9- Using Artwork, Calligraphy, Paintings, Graffiti, you should be very careful when using images that contain trademarks, people, paintings or any artwork, even if the photo are for free it should be used very carefully, you should discuss this matter with lawyer. this is very sensitive subject, my photography is free, not the artwork or not the painting, or the graffiti, or people, there is no model release. which means even if the artist said yes to me and agreed that i take the picture i don't have model release form signed by the artist. so again, I cannot guarantee that you will be able to use the Image for any purpose you like.

 

10- Use my photos for whatever you want, use it all, sell it, for almost everything such as : Site or blog, Advertisements in newspapers, magazine, or other printed material, Web and digital advertisements, Printed promotional projects including product packaging, catalogues, brochures, promotional greeting cards, promotional postcards and promotional posters, Corporate film and video presentations, Commercial film, motion pictures, movies or theatrical presentations, Books and book covers, CD & DVD covers, Editorial purposes: printed magazines, newspapers, editorials, newsletters, Online or electronic publications or uses, including web pages and templates, Prints, posters, stationery items and other reproductions for personal or business use, calendars, mugs, mousepads, t-shirts, games, etc. Web Templates for resale on websites, brochures, business cards, e-greeting cards, etc. you can use my photos in any logo or trademark.

 

11- Read my Frequently Asked Questions Page, answers to many questions is there, and i hope, you can use any images, a handful of them, even dozens, on your website; regardless if it is for school, a personal site or a commercial entity. and if you have any questions or any requests, or to point out any errors or for any other purpose, or you want simply to say hello :), feel free to Contact me.

 

My images are Free, and that means they can be used and edited for whatever purpose you wish, personal or commercial. As the owner I have explicitly placed it to be used freely, Please remember, even if the picture is free, but contains trademarks, artwork, paintings, other copyrighted items, or people, then others may have rights that might be actionable. But probably not, and such things should be obvious. please be aware that standards for such use are higher. Specifically, you should assume no model release was obtained. And pictures featuring products or property should be used with care. Some of the images here feature members of the public.
