All photos are the copyrighted works of Sam Mugraby (Photos8.com) and have been registered with the U.S. Copyright Office. As a result, copyright infringements can and will be prosecuted to seek statutory damages (of up to $150,000 USD per infringement) plus legal fees. In addition, such infringements may be ruled criminal offenses under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

 

My photos are available for commercial and personal use and almost for any purpose, and i ask for nothing in return. please notice: i don't accept any donations, the only donation i accept is a link back to my site :-) , the photos here can be used for any purpose with some conditions, without these conditions you can't use my photos, and you are violating my copyrights, its very simple .. my photos, my terms, I am offering my photos for free to be used for any purpose, i even allow you to sell my photos, but before you must agree with my terms :

 

1- My website is mine. I do not expect anyone to copy my site or the image collection (in large part,  i.e. as an image gallery) to host or sell elsewhere online, This would compete with my site, draining what revenue I generate through online ads. 

 

2- You can't copy my photos and to sell them on other stock photos sites, you can't create a stock photos site by using my photos, (my photos are free and i want to keep them FREE to people), i have created this site so i can give truely free photos to people who can't afford paying for stock photos, this is my main principle. 

 

3- You may not use my images for pornographic, unlawful or other immoral purposes, for spreading hate or discrimination, or to defame or victimize other people, religions, societies, cultures.

 

4- No model release was obtained, for photos that has identifiable people on it, I cannot guarantee that you will be able to use the Image for any purpose you like. I do not represent or make warranties whatsoever as to the legality or validity of it. Furthermore, certain Images may be subject to additional copyrights, people, property rights, trademarks, logos etc. and may require the consent of a third party or the license of these rights. Photos8.com does not represent or make any warranties that it owns or licenses any of the mentioned, nor does it grant them. It's your sole responsibility to make sure that You have all the necessary rights, consents and licenses for the use of the Image.

 

5- Using Artwork, Paintings, Graffiti, you should be very careful when using images that contain trademarks, people, paintings or any artwork, even if the photo are for free it should be used very carefully, you should discuss this matter with lawyer. this is very sensitive subject, my photography is free, not the artwork or not the painting, or the graffiti, or people, there is no model release. which means even if the artist said yes to me and agreed that i take the picture i don't have model release form signed by the artist. so again, I cannot guarantee that you will be able to use the Image for any purpose you like.

 

6- To anyone who want to create a photos website by using my photos collection (in large part, more than 50 photos) you are violating my site terms, free advice: be creative, get your original content, get your own camera and get your own pictures and offer them freely in your site, any questions for use feel free to Contact Me.

 

7- Use my photos for whatever you want, use it all, sell it, for anything you want. BUT .. This doesn't mean that you can take the material and then copyright it yourself. so please don't claim that you are the photographer and credit your self, the images are free to use, but i am the photographer.

 

8- No Hotlinking, I ask that you do not directly link images from my site to other web pages (please copy them to your own site first.) Bandwidth theft or "hotlinking" is direct linking to a web site's files (images, etc.). An example would be using an <img> tag to display a JPEG image you found on someone else's web page so it will appear on your own site, eBay auction listing, blog, forum message post, etc. "A simple analogy for bandwidth theft: Imagine a random stranger plugging into your electrical outlets, using your electricity without your consent, and you paying for it."

 

You can use me photos for almost everything such as : Advertisements in newspapers, magazine, or other printed material, Web and digital advertisements, Printed promotional projects including product packaging, catalogues, brochures, promotional greeting cards, promotional postcards and promotional posters, Corporate film and video presentations, Commercial film, motion pictures, movies or theatrical presentations, Books and book covers, CD & DVD covers, Editorial purposes: printed magazines, newspapers, editorials, newsletters, Online or electronic publications or uses, including web pages and templates, Prints, posters, stationery items and other reproductions for personal or business use, calendars, mugs, mousepads, t-shirts, games, etc. Web Templates for resale on websites, brochures, business cards, e-greeting cards, etc. you can use my photos in any logo or trademark.

 

You may use my images for any purpose, including commercial. As the owner I have explicitly placed it to be used. If you do use any photo, please consider linking back to this site or giving credit to this site. Just something like, "Photo courtesy Photos8.com", This is not required, but its a very good way to support the site efforts here.

 

My images are Free, and that means they can be used and edited for whatever purpose you wish, personal or commercial. No attribution or linking is required, (although a link to my site would be nice...), So my photos, graphics, designs or text I've produced and integrated into this website are copyrighted. I give the permission to use any of my photos for whatever you want. Use it all. Sell it. Mangle it. Whatever you want. Please. But it would be polite to Let me know.so I can at least enjoy whatever creative use you're putting it to.

 

Please remember, even if the picture is free, but contains trademarks, artwork, paintings, other copyrighted items, or people, then others may have rights that might be actionable. But probably not, and such things should be obvious. please be aware that standards for such use are higher. Specifically, you should assume no model release was obtained. And pictures featuring products or property should be used with care. Some of the images here feature members of the public.
